Until 2024, NB had an agreement with the other 3 provinces and NB Tourism, decided that the offroad act was written in a way that only NB permit holders are allowed to ride in NB, meaning, outsiders must now buy a permit from QuadNB. RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT
This means that residents of Prince Edward Island with a PEI ATV Federation Trail Permit will be able to ride the trails managed under ATVANS (All-Terrain Vehicle Association of Nova Scotia), & OFATV (Ontario Federation of All-Terrain Vehicle Clubs). You must purchase the trail pass of the province in which you reside
